Dear Visitor,
Azienda Agricola Monte Valentino, based in Voc. Monte Valentino, 84, 06026 Pietralunga (Perugia), owner of the agritourism Monte Valentino and Cai Burroni, since it may directly process some of your personal data, wishes to give you information on the processing of such information, as required by Articles 12, 13 and 14 of the GDPR (European Regulation 2016/679).
Where do we get your data from, why do we process it, and to whom do we disclose it?
a) From our website
Currently, our website does not use cookies. For information about cookies, please visit the following page https://www.garanteprivacy.it/temi/cookie
When you send us an availability request form on our website, after filling it out, we receive only the data that you yourself indicate in the form, at a minimum those necessary to contact you (first and last name, e-mail address and, if provided, telephone); we process these data for the purpose of responding to your request, for the purpose of providing a service, and therefore we do not need to have your consent. On the other hand, it is necessary that you express your consent in the same form so that we can keep your name and your e-mail address in order to send you, in the future, promotions carried out by our Farm, even if you had decided not to be a guest of our structure; where you do not express any will in this regard we will consider as if you had not given consent. This data is processed exclusively by us, at our premises.
b) From specialized booking sites (OTAs, Online Travel Agencies)
We may receive your name and country of residence from specialized sites, even before your arrival with us, when you make a reservation on such systems for a stay at our facility. For the processing of data on such systems please refer to the information notices of the respective owners.
c) From you, when you arrive at our Farmhouse
If you will be a guest at our facility, upon your arrival we will ask you to provide us with certain data (generally limited to first name, last name, date and place of birth, citizenship, ID, cell phone number) which we will use for these purposes:
(1) for the mandatory collection and communication of identification data of the guests of our facility (including those of persons accompanying you);
(2) for the fulfillment of administrative, accounting and tax obligations such as, for example, the compilation of receipts or invoices;
(3) for direct communication with you for any need and/or urgency related to your presence at our facility.
We do not need your consent to process your data for these purposes because in case (1) we are obliged to do so by virtue of Article 109, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the T.U.L.P.S. and Articles 1 and 2 of the Ministerial Decree 07/01/2013, in case (2) by the tax regulations while, in case (3), we consider it reasonable to leave us the possibility of contacting you in order to provide you with our hospitality in the safest and smoothest way possible. Should you fail to provide us with the information requested of you, it will be impossible for us to accommodate you in our facility.
Also by force of law we are required to disclose some of the data listed above, for the purpose mentioned in point (1), on the State Police website.
For the purpose in (2) we may share invoice data with those who provide us with accounting support.
Also at our facility, in order to receive future promotions carried out by our Farm you may, by expressing specific consent, also confirm or provide us with your e-mail address and mailing address. If you would later like to revoke your consent to the use of your name, mailing address and e-mail address, you may do so by sending us a specific written request to info@montevalentino.it; we will then delete your data from the mailing list and you will no longer receive information about any promotions or proposals; any revocation of consent will not delegitimize the communications made by us to you prior to the revocation.
What are the methods of data processing and storage?

Your data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
