During periods commonly considered high season (New Year’s Eve, Easter, August) we ask to book for a minimum period of 3 nights, 2 nights during the rest of the year.

The amount for gas consumption for heating should be added to the price of the stay.

DEPOSITS


To confirm the reservation, we ask that you send a deposit, amounting to 30% of the total, in one of the following ways:
  • Bank transfer made out to: Società Agricola Monte Valentino s.s. – c/c 83043 at Banca Intesa Sanpaolo – filiale di Pietralunga – IBAN IT87S0306938620000000083043
  • Credit card, telling us the card number, expiration date and the 3-digit security code on the back of the card

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancellation of the reservation is free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, that is, the guest owes nothing and is entitled to a refund of the deposit if it has been paid.

From 14 days before arrival until 2 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount, equal to the amount of the deposit, which is taken from the credit card if it has not been paid or is not returned if payment has already been made.

If cancellation occurs in the last two days before arrival, or in case of no-show, or if the guest cancels the reservation after arrival, the cancellation fee is the full amount of the booked stay.

PROVIDED SERVICES


  • Breakfast: there is no regular breakfast service, but on arrival guests will find what they need for breakfast the next morning
  • Pantry: kitchens have a minimum of basic equipment (salt, sugar, etc.).
  • Heating: heating is on gas and autonomous for each apartment; gas is an additional cost, calculated on the basis of the reading taken on arrival and the consumption taken on departure.
  • Linen: the flats are equipped with bed, bath and kitchen linen; a change is provided every three to four days.
  • Brazier: for those who want to dabble in outdoor grilling there is a communal brazier available.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT


To enable the apartments to be cleaned at the time of guest turnover, we ask:
  1. to arrive after 3 PM
  2. to leave within 10.30 AM
If conditions permit these times can be varied, but prior arrangements should be made.
